Leeds are ready to build their teams for their first season in the Premier League, and will require major changes to the current crop of players that Daniel Fark has to choose. One position is a particular priority and goalkeeper.

Iranian Meslier has had another difficult season. After a lot of attention-grabbing error in recent weeks, he was dropped for a championship run-in in favor of his lieutenant, Carl Darlow. And the French goalkeeper could be sold this summer, given the club has no plans to resort to him for a return to the Premier League.

The goalkeeper’s targets have accumulated before the summer, taking into account Nick Pope of Newcastle and Angus Gunn of Norwich, but the new names were photographed at the top of the shopping list.

As TeamTalk reported, Leeds is said to be seriously considering Djordje Petrovic’s summer moves. The Chelsea goalkeeper has excelled in the League 1 side Strasbourg this season, and as a result, he is expected to be in significant demand during the upcoming transfer period.

Petrovic has accumulated 10 clean sheets to chase the Champions League with 29 League One appearances, with the highest save percentage in the division (76.8%). His performance, which has sparked interest from things like Bayer Leberkusen, hopes Leeds will lure him to Elland Road with a promise of regular first team football in the Premier League.

Chelsea have yet to make a decision about Petrovich’s future, hoping they will do so in the summer. He may be someone who helps raise money given that he is unlikely to break into Enzo Maresca’s team.
