Arsenal has been warned against Liam Dellup’s apparently “attractive” cheap transfer options move this summer.

The 22-year-old shines in Ipswichtown despite his relegation this season, showing that he is certainly an exciting young talent that is too good to stay in the Premier League.
Watts also commented on Delap’s fascinating £30 million release clause, but warned that club fans felt that they were too pleased with seeing people who were relatively unproven on those who were more guaranteed to be running right away.

Discussing the possibility of signing Delap, Watts made his stance about what Arsenal needs very clearly.
“The £30 million release clause is appealing, but we don’t see Arsenal signing two strikers in this upcoming window, and there’s no way Dellup could come in as the club’s first choice.
“It would be asking him too much and that wouldn’t be a move that would work with the supporters.
“Arsenal will spend a lot of time on strikers, and I just don’t think it’s like Dellup.”

If recent reports are believed, Dellup is a shortage of suitors, and Manchester United links with former Manchester City youth and Live Me Sport.
Chelsea has also been linked for a long time with delaps from various sources, and TBR Football has recently reported its interest.
These clubs seem to make sense to him now, as Delap could be an upgrade for United’s Rasmus Hojlund and Chelsea’s Nicholas Jackson.
