UFC Insider accused Alex Pereira of lying about being hacked: “That’s too convenient.”

Daniel Cormier has called on Bruche*t about Alex Pereira’s claim that his X account has been hacked.

Earlier this week, “Poatan” sent the MMA fandom into panic mode after a social media post showed he was strongly considering retirement after experiencing a dropout with the UFC.

Shortly afterwards, Pereira posted a video on Instagram, claiming that he was hacked and that his relationship with Dana White and Co. was cooperative.

But not everyone is buying it.

“Pereira was a liar and Pereira was not hacked,” Comier claimed in a recent episode of Chael Sonnen’s Good Guy/Bad Guy. “Pereira might have tweeted something, and then someone called him was like, “Yo-yo, calm down, let’s cool.” I’m not hacked.

“He also manages Ankalaev! So while (Hunter) talks about the battle with Islam and (Ilia Topria), we still remember that we don’t have the main event of International Battle Week – that’s a short period of time. Ankalaev said, “Okay, I was able to fight.”

“Then (Hunter) go to Pereira and say, “Alex, are you available?” and then Alex is like, “Well, it’s a short time to prepare.” Well, Alex, we’re going to give this title fight to someone else. “Alex went to the internet and called there, and that’s what I think.

Was Alex Pereira’s inexplicable tweet a knee response?

Pereira was short against Ankaraev at UFC 313, suffering his first defeat at light heavyweight, abandoning the 205 pound title in the process.

“Poatan” has since been linked to an immediate rematch with the Russians, but his “disappointing” post targeting the UFC appears to indicate that it may not be that way anymore.

Of course, Pereira quickly denounced the threat of retirement to an unknown party that appears to have hijacked his social media. It’s not yet known whether there is a truth to it, but obviously “DC” is not convinced.
