Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandez has linked his move from the club, and Portugal International is considering his future.
According to Fichajes, Saudi club Al Hilal wants to sign the players, and they are preparing a mega offer for him about 70 million euros per season. While this offer is certainly appealing, Fernandez is even more worried about missing out on European football next season.
Bruno Fernandez’s future is in the air
He decides his future after the UEFA Europa League final. Manchester United will have to win the tournament to face Tottenham Hotspur in the final of the contest and secure their place in the Champions League next year. If they fail to win the tournament, they will miss out on qualifications for the Champions League and Europa League.
Fernandez is one of the best players in the world and will not want to miss out on European football next season, especially at peak times. If that happens, he can consider leaving the club in the summer. It is still unknown how the situation will develop.
Man United must maintain their best players
The 30-year-old is undoubtedly the best player at Manchester United and they can’t afford to lose him. Fernandez has 19 goals in his name this season, and he has 19 assists along the way. He is definitely a world-class player and if he can get the deal he would be an exceptional acquisition for Al Hillal.
Meanwhile, Manchester United is having a disappointing season and is looking to bounce back hard next year. They need to keep their best players for it to happen. Losing Portugal International would be a devastating blow to them.
The 30-year-old is at the peak of his power, and he hopes to join a club where he will be able to win trophies regularly.
