Ronaldinho

Five Goals

During the 2004/05 and 2005/06 seasons, Ronaldinho was a thorn on Real Madrid’s side.

In Barcelona’s four games against Los Blancos, the silky Brazilian superstar scored five goals. For example, he won two wins in November 2005, a 3-0 victory.

Messi (18 at the time) was assisted in Samuel Etoo’s opening day.

Pedro

Five Goals

Many forget how good Pedro was for Barcelona (and in fact, later for Chelsea).

The Spanish winger, a graduate of the club’s famous Ramasia Academy, made 321 appearances for Barca between 2007 and 2016, scoring 99 goals.

Five of these goals took place in 21 matches against Real Madrid during the 2011 Champions League semi-finals.

Xavi

Five Goals

When Barcelona played Real Madrid, Zabi was widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time.

In 42 matches against Las Merengues, La Computadora scored five goals and registered 10 more assists, as known.

The most important of these five strikes dates back when Xavi hit the winner late in April 2004 by lobbing Madrid’s keeper Ikkasila in a 2-1 victory for Barca at the Bernabéu.

Sergio Ramos

Five Goals

Despite being a central defender, Sergio Ramos was renowned for his ability to score goals for Real Madrid.

To date, the former Los Blancos captain has scored over 100 career goals, making him one of the highest scored defenders the game has ever seen – and Barcelona was one of his most frequent casualties.

In 49 matches against Madrid’s Blaugrana between 2005 and 2021, he scored five goals, including a memorable late winner in a 2-1 victory in March 2013.

Robert Lewandowski

Five Goals

Robert Lewandowsky won a double at the Bernabeu in October 2024 and helped him to add to this list.

Paul’s other goals against Real Madrid since his signing to Barcelona have been in the Spanish Super Cup final, with a penalty in the 2024/25 clash scoring for the third year in a row in that competition with the Los Blancos.

In his mid-30s, especially considering his goal record since his arrival in 2022, we can only imagine how much he’d built up if he was playing for Barcelona with dignity.

Lewandowski has been a Madrid tragedy throughout his career, facing them in the Champions League for Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.

6

Raul

Six goals

Spanish striker Raul scored 15 goals against Barcelona during his 16-year career at Real Madrid, only six of whom came from the Millennium.

Perhaps the best of these goals came in May 2002. He faced Barca in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals, and Raul hit the ball from outside the penalty area just before halftime to hysterically send the Bernabéu crowd.

The final score of the night ended 1-1, but it was enough for them to enter the finals as Madrid scored their first leg 2-0, where they defeated Bayer Lebaxen.

Vinicius Junior

Seven goals

Barcelona must be tired of the sight of Vinicius juniors. In just 17 games against Catalonia, the Madrid winger scored seven goals.

He has the opportunity to add to that total this weekend and considering he has already achieved eight goals in 14 games this semester, don’t be surprised if he does.

Luis Suarez

The 11 goals

Luis Suarez spent six seasons with Barcelona between 2014 and 2020, scoring 195 goals in 283 games.

During his spell at Catalonia, the Uruguayan especially enjoyed scoring against Real Madrid, finding the net 11 times in just 15 games and taking a strike every 120 minutes average against the Los Blancos.

Madrid thought it ended with Suarez after being let go to Barcelona in August 2020. However, just a month later, he joined city rival Atletico and once again found the net against them as Diego Simeone struck the title in March 2021.

Karim Benzema, the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner, scored 16 goals against Barcelona in a spell in the Spanish capital.

Eight of these goals were in the La Liga, four in the Copa del Rey and four in the Spanish Super Cup.

The French striker was unable to find a net against Barca in the Champions League and drew a blank in each of the three games he played against him in Europe.

Cristiano Ronaldo

18 goals

It took me a while to go to Elksaco, following the then-recorded £80 million to Real Madrid in 2009.

He couldn’t find the net in the first three games against Barcelona, and Madrid came out at the end of each loss.

But when the Portuguese star reached, there was not much that anyone could do to stop him. Between April 2011 and August 2017, he scored 18 goals against Barca. Four of them scored goals, including a time strike in the 2011 Copa del Rey final.
