BSB and the island’s TT team report their car was stolen

A vehicle belonging to the British Superbike Championship and the Isle of Man TT team was stolen.

Milenco by Padgetts Motorcycles reported theft Tuesday afternoon.

“One of our team vehicles was stolen from Soothill Lane in Batley within the past hour or so,” they said.

“This is the vehicle that teams use for BSB rounds and road races!

“The information that leads to your return will be greatly appreciated and rewarded!

“Sharp much more widely, hoping to be able to search faster later. Rewards offered for returns.

“Call 01924 478491 and talk to Helen or Connor.”

The Clive Padgett team and his family’s bike dealership are legendary among British bike fans.

They are veterans of BSB, Man TT Island, and Northwest 200.

This season, they’re running Luke Mossy in their Superstock class.

Davy Todd, who won the UK Superstock title with Paget in 2022, will be re-joining this year’s TT team in the Supersports class.

With Todd on a Honda, Padgett is set to join the Super Twin TT for the first time this year.

But their immediate focus now has to resort to collecting their stolen cars…
