Joaquin Buckley believes Ian Garry’s wife is just as part of the UFC as her husband.
Garry has had a very successful run in the Octagon up until now, beating Neil Manny, Jeff Neil, Michael Venom’s Page, Carlos Prato, but has been attracting attention for Garry’s marriage to the television personality.
After it was discovered that Annaly wrote a short book entitled How to become a WAGrumors have begun to fly. Garry is just the third wheel of the sloop, which still includes Annaly’s ex-husband, Richard Cullen. Adding fuel to the fire is a revelation that Karen actually lives with Garry and Annally, working as a nutritionist for the former.
Everyone from Colby Covington to Sean Strickland took the bait, dubbing Garry as “cuck,” and denounced the pair’s unconventional living situation in interviews and social media.
Recently, Joaquin Buckley got caught up in all the drama between Garry and his baby mom after trying to stand up against the Irish in the UFC Kansas City measurements in April.
“Yeah, I know I had to talk about all that confusion in his little interview and lift Ian Garry up with the measurement,” Buckley told Parry Punch. “So I’ll wait until he’s finished. I’ll wait, patient, as soon as I stand up, she bumps into me. She uses the baby as a shield to pass him on.
“But as soon as I turn around, she comes to me, loves my arms and says, “I’ll see you tonight.” Girl, I’m trying to meet him, not you! ”
Unlike Covington and Strickland, Buckley wasn’t planning on bringing Garry’s wife to a budding rival, but there’s some collateral damage when Annaly appears to be out of her way to become part of the show.
“No, it was not intentional to mess with this girl or to mess with anything like that, but I saw all the comments people are making,” Buckley continued. “I’m surprised it went viral, as did the video. A lot of people felt it was rude. A lot of people felt it was mean. I’m right, watch. Many people say they’re protecting their families, but when you make your family a part of the business, they’re part of the business.
She is part of the MMA business and UFC, and Ian Garry, Bro. Looking at Ian Garry, she is just right, like his manager. ”
Joaquin Buckley believes Garry’s more extreme antics were Layla Annally’s brain
Garry and his wife attracted negative attention ahead of their battle with Jeff Neal, scheduled to descend in August 2023.
That alone had gone too far in the eyes of many, but after Neal escaped from the fight and was replaced by Neal Manny, Garry accused “Steel Hands” of physically abusing the child, and was well aware that Manny was in the midst of a custody battle with his marginalized wife.
Garry’s comments resulted in a flood of headlines on social media, and later used by the lawyer on the other side to try to portray Manny in court as a risk to his own children.
Buckley believes that it’s all Annally doing.
“Don’t twist it. A lot of the decisions he makes are based on his girl, right? And you’re looking at Jeff Neal’s pictures, putting him in his shirt, shooting the mug there, talking about the future,” Buckley said. “You see a conversation like, “Oh, that’s awful, his child hoops his child,” raised it, baby, right, right?
“So he brought it, and now Neil Manny had lost custody of his children due to the entire procedure during the press conference. So they’re not innocent. If it happened to Neil, you knew what I was saying. They’re not innocent.
Luckily, Neil never lost custody of his child due to the wise accusations of Garry and Annaly. Instead, he was given 50-50 custody. Still, Neil described the battle between separation and custody as one of the most difficult things he faced, and was even more annoyed by Garry’s ignorant comments.
Buckley makes it clear that he has nothing against Annalie. That said, “Newmantha” recognizes Ian Garry as the star of the show while she is pulling the string.
“She’s fine, she looks good. You’re going,” Buckley said. “I’m not going to be rude when it comes to that kind of thing. I’m going to keep it. It’s just her nature. That’s her. She was part of this business just before she arrived with Ian Gary. Trained – she knows what she’s doing.
“Anyway, a girl isn’t a coincidence, I promise you. Even if it was an accident, it’s got all the numbers, so I think that’s the way to look at it.”
