Luka Donsic was traded with the Los Angeles Lakers in the middle of the regular season, but fans were hoping he would feel at home soon.
Obviously, Don Sic took a moment before he showed signs of his true form in the iconic purple and gold jersey. He played 28 regular season games, averaging 28.2 points, 8.1 rebounds and 7.5 assists per game.
These are great numbers considering the emotional confusion Don Sic had to go through since he was traded. However, the LA Lakers’ first round exit led many to call Luka for his physique.

After seeing the photos, NBA fans are oozing excitedly to see a slimmer version of the Lakers superstar.

According to Slovenian sports outlet H/T Sports Illustrated, the Lakers superstar appears to have taken the first step towards that.
“In the first phase of the long period between seasons, Donsic, now without basketball, is dedicated to changing his body in Ljubljana, including both guided indoor conditioning and a modified diet.
“The initial physical results are already very clear and the measurements are encouraging,” the report revealed.
Although there is a visible difference in Donsic’s physique, the true test of his transformation lies in the hardwoods as the new season begins.
