Chelsea reportedly wants around 60 million euros to get Noni Maduce to go this summer amid interest from AC Milan.
The final tickets are still available for the Champions League Finals!
The 23-year-old is highly regarded in European football and was the first to catch his eye as a young man at PSV Eindhoven, but has struggled with consistency at Chelsea.
According to a Fichajes report, Bruce is not desperate to get Maduce to go, but will be open to an offer of around 60 million euros.
This appears to be too expensive for Milan, and the report adds that Madueke hasn’t pushed him to leave Stamford Bridge, so for now the deal appears unlikely.
Can Chelsea sell another player to AC Milan?
Still, this may be something to watch in weeks and months, as this isn’t the first time an unnecessary Chelsea has finished in Milan.
Maduke has spent a lot of game time under Enzo Maresca for the most part, but it could mean that England International will eventually fall into the pecking order if the Blues decides there is a better option.
Milan could then be a good option for Madueque. Madueke was able to see things like Christian Purisic and Fikayo Tomori successfully revived his career at San Siro.
Should Chelsea maintain Noni Madueke?
Chelsea may see their attack and think they could be better, but Madueke doesn’t necessarily seem to be the first to make the way.
Jadon Sancho is on loan at the club, but perhaps not doing enough to justify a permanent move, but Pedro Neto and Joao Felix have been a disappointing since joining last summer.
If the CFC signs a new winger, it probably makes sense to remove one of the other names, and if he is happy to continue fighting for his place it makes sense to keep Madueke a little longer.
