“We’re against the world…” Pascal Siakam’s passionate rally cries after the defeat of Game 5

Pascal Siakam is ready to go to war with his Indiana Pacers teammate.

The Indiana Pacers lost Game 5 of the New York Knicks’ Eastern Conference Finals. Currently with a 3-2 lead, Pacer returns to Indiana, trying to close the series and reach the NBA Finals.

Tailese Halliburton had one of the worst playoff performances in history tonight on his eight-point outing. However, the rest of the players were far from their best.

Benedict Maturin led the team by scoring with 23 points off the bench. Pascal Siakam was the highest score starter with 15 points.

The Pacers cannot allow this loss to derail their strong momentum. This is probably why Pascal Siakam gave a passionate speech at a post-match press conference.

Pascal Siakam made a very emotional comment at a post-match press conference. The former NBA champions have gathered their teams to make them better.

He explained that bad games such as Game 5 loss are part of the NBA and are parcels. They now explained that they have to go to Indiana to close the series and do so in combat spirit.

“We’ve never been here now. We’re up 3-2 in the final of the meeting. That’s amazing. I’m proud of my team and how difficult it is…”

“To see connectivity, when things got bad, we all came together and we fought hard. You’re going to play a bad game. This is the NBA.

“Our team is really good at bounce back. It’s always we’re against the world and I don’t think it will change.”

“We were here and no one wanted us, but we were here. We’re 3-2 in the series and we’ll have the opportunity to go home and show what we’ve made. I have no doubts about my teammates.”

The Indiana Pacers cannot afford to waste the rest of their home games in this series. It is their biggest concern to keep this series out of Game 6. The Knicks may be down 3-2, but they don’t play much.

In fact, the numbers show that the towns of Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony are the most consistent duo in the conference final since Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal.

Tyrese Halliburton needs to guide Game 4 energy, not Game 5 energy. The Pacers need him to be at his absolute best.

These are moments when your team relies on Pascalciacam, where you have experience in winning championships and are able to lead as leaders.
