Chelsea reportedly plans to provide medical care for Ipswichtown striker Liam Dellup on Monday.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Bruce exchanged documents with Ipswich last night and proceeded with the process to obtain the transfer on the line.

Posting to X on its official account, Romano said: “Chelsea exchanged documents with Ipswichtown tonight and confirmed £30 million for Liam Dellup.
What can Liam Dellup bring to Chelsea?
Delap is a future signature, and it is not clear whether he will soon replace Nicolas Jackson as Enzo Maresca’s first choice.
Still, the 22-year-old has impressed a lot in the Premier League this season.
Delap finished with 12 goals and two assists in the league. This is not a grand number, but is enough to show that better players around you can improve.
Blessed with the quality of the ball, Delap cuts in advance and pushes the figure against him.
Chelsea continues to focus on relocating young people
As much as delap looks like a future prospect, there are certainly still Chelsea fans screaming for more proven players.
The West London giant has invested a lot in young talent for long-term projects, but Maresca’s team is probably a little underbalanced.
Ideally one or two more experienced players will help younger members of the team and give Chelsea a better chance to compete for Premier League titles and other major accolades.
