German international attacker Leroy Sane has linked his return to the Premier League, with clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur eager to him.
According to a soccer insider, the 29-year-old demands a significant wage to join the Premier League club, which could be a stumbling block for a club that wants to sign him.
Sane is an expensive acquisition
The player is currently making £300,000 a week in Bayern Munich, and his contract will soon be over. He decided not to renew his contract with the German champion. It remains to be seen whether he will be able to secure a move into the Premier League.
The former Manchester City winger could be an ideal acquisition of Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal, but he won’t come cheap. He becomes a free agent, but he was able to request a significant signature fee as well.
Chelsea and Arsenal drive Keene to Leroy Thane
Chelsea need more cutting edge and depth on the sides, and Thane is a proven performer at the highest level. He scored 13 goals for the German champion this season and also scored six assists. Sane could be an upgrade to Mykhailo Mudryk next season.
As for Arsenal, we need a replacement for Gabriel Martinelli. The Brazilians have been overwhelmed by past seasons, and Arsenal needs more competition for the place if they want to fight for a massive trophy. The 29-year-old can manipulate either side of the game, adding targets and creativity to his Arsenal offense. The opportunity to join one of the largest clubs in the country is also extremely exciting for players.
Arsenal has consistently fought for major trophies, and they will be an attractive destination for top players.
Finally, Tottenham is also enthusiastic about the players, but the report claims that it could be priced from a move for him. If his wage demands are too high. It remains to be seen whether Tottenham can convince players to accept a more reasonable salary.
