It covers all of the results of tonight’s UFC Vegas 107, including the women’s flyweight main event between Maycee Barber and Erin Blanchfield.

Barber (14-2 MMA) was to return after a 14-month layoff due to health issues. The Future competed last in March 2024 at UFC 299, where they won a unanimous decision victory over Catlin Selminala. The victory marked her sixth place in a row.
Meanwhile, Erin Blanchefield (13-2 MMA) recently competed inside the Octagon this November in Edmonton, Canada. Before that victory, “Cold Blooded” had reduced the loss of his decision to recent title challenger Manon Fiorot.
It should be noted that Macy Barber missed the 126 pound flyweight limit by 0.5 pounds on Friday’s measurement.
Unfortunately for fight fans, tonight’s main event was literally cancelled at a very last minute. Macy Barber was supposed to take a walk in the Octagon, but it didn’t show much in the confusion of the UFC broadcasting team. It was later revealed that “future” had not been medically cleared to compete and had to cancel the headliner tonight. It was an unprecedented event, but I hope the barbers are OK and get fully recovered.

It remains to be seen whether Macy Barber vs. Erin Blancfield will be rescheduled, but Erin seemed uninterested in re-booking the matchup at the moment of the interview.
