UFC commentator Jon Anik is thinking about the potential star power of Bantamweight candidate Kayla Harrison.

This weekend, Kayla Harrison will be looking to win UFC Gold for the first time in her career. She challenges Juliana Pena for the FUC Women’s Bantamweight Championship, but many consider her a favorite, but that certainly isn’t a guarantee of success – not a long shot.

Harrison is a great fighter in its own right, but this is the biggest battle of her career to date. If she’s going to win the belt, she needs to perform for a lifetime.
In a recent interview, Jon Anik expressed his thoughts on how far Kayla can go with the promotion.
Anik’s views on Harrison
“I think global traction is a key distinction here, unlike domestic momentum and traction,” Annick told MMA Junkie Radio. “I think Ilia Topuria has a lot of traction all over the world, but I can’t sit down and suggest he is a massive American superstar.
“Kayla Harrison could be the face of mixed martial arts for women if she has an indisputable UFC bantamweight championship around her shoulders.
“So I think Kayla Harrison’s possibilities are vast. Just running around her stories in every big show of her story to really make steam, not only internationally, but especially domestically, and she can’t believe it either. Adopted children, you know to her family.
