Alex Pereira will not retire despite his recent claims from his enemy.

Pereira finally stepped inside the Octagon on March 8th for the main event of UFC 313. “Poatan” wanted to make the title defense successful against Magmed Ankarayev, but that night was not intended. Ankalaev took the light heavyweight gold by unanimous decision.
A few months after the fight, Pereira’s X account was raging in the UFC. Since then, Pereira has claimed that his account has been hacked. Ankaraev really claims that Pereira is riding in the sunset.
It’s not that fast, and they say “poitan.”

Alex Pereira’s fight isn’t over
UFC Brazil recently interviewed Alex Pereira. Alex Pereira revealed that he intends to fight again in the near future (h/t mmamania.com).
“We will definitely talk about my next fight soon,” Pereira said through the translator. “I don’t have a specific date yet, but we already have ideas. I worked so hard in 2024 that I let this time rest. I was injured and decided to recover easily because I thought I was tired.
“Back (the right way): firm and strong, chasing my belt again,” he concluded.
It has not yet been seen whether Pereira is written in the rematch with Magomed Ankalaev for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. Some speculated that Pereira hadn’t actually been hacked and that his frustration could have been that he was skipped for the opportunity for the next title. Of course, that has not been confirmed at this time.
Pereira had been on five consecutive wins before coming across Ankaraev. He had three successful light heavyweight title defenses. Stay on BJPenn.com and check out the latest updates on Pereira and Ankalaev’s next items.
