Arsenal has officially confirmed that Winger Raheemsterling will leave the club at the end of the season.

The news was shared on the club’s official website as Gunner prepares for an important summer transfer window aimed at rebuilding the team under Mikel Arteta.

Arriving at Arsenal after a high-profile move from Chelsea, Sterling leaves the North London Club after a long loan of the season.

His time in red and white did not match the stunning heights of his spells in Manchester City or Liverpool, but Sterling brought valuable experience and depth to the Arsenal attacks during his tenure.

Raheem Sterling has left Arsenal

Arsenal expressed his gratitude for Sterling’s professionalism and contribution to the team.

Sterling’s departure from the club was inevitable as the club was about to sign a new signing in a wide range of offensive positions.

He joined the club on a loan move from London rival Chelsea, but was impressed by Arteta and his management team, and the gunners would have thought of making the move permanent.

However, the British star looked out completely without seeing the shape during his time with the gunners, unable to replicate the shape he once showed in his career at Manchester City and Liverpool.

Sterling has made many appearances in all competitions, but it turns out to be difficult to be consistent, especially with Bukayosaka and Gabriel Martinelli in their wide position as starting players for the club.

The Winger is set to return to Chelsea with his loan deal expired, and it may appear that Bruce will offload him in a permanent move this summer.

The Arsenal announcement includes a total of 20 players exits as part of a summer re-shuffle, indicating a major overhaul ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

In the attacking position, the gunners are paying attention to the movements of RB Leipzig’s attacker Benjamin Sesco.

Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman is another player on the club’s radar this summer.
