Virat Kohli’s sweet gesture
Mayanti Langer is the IPL Finals broadcaster, with her husband, Stuart Vinny playing for RCB. In the middle of the celebration, RCB players were roaming the ground with their trophies in hand. Kohli took the trophy from Jitesh Sharma’s hand and headed towards Mayanti.
Kohli told Mayanti to touch the trophy, and the sweet gesture left an emotional Mayanti in the middle of the ground. Navjot Singh Sidhu also existed on the ground and gave Kohli a blessing during the celebration

Connecting Mayanti Langer to RCB
Mayanti Langer’s husband, Stuart Vinny, is a Bengaluru boy who launched a retime mat from Sports in 2021. Vinny also wore the RCB jersey twice in his career, part of the 2016 campaign, with RCB minds defeating it in the final.
Mayanti also had ties with the city of Bengaluru over a decade ago. Mayanti got engaged to Stuart 10 years ago and settled in Bengaluru.
“I continued with the boys in Bengaluru lol. When I met Stuart (cricketer Stuart Vinny), we started to get serious. After we got engaged, we decided to stay together.
RCB’s victory parade was horrifying
Fans engaged in a huge gathering to celebrate the franchise’s victory over the years, but the celebration turned down due to tragic events as seven people were killed and more than 25 people were injured in the Stampede.
Deputy Kartanka CM DK Shivakumar also took part in the team’s victory parade, with fans coming with big numbers to show their love for Virat Kohli and Co. However, the celebration didn’t last long as police were unable to control the crowd and seven people died at Stampede.
