Ducati
Francesco Bagnaia and Mark Marquez’s Ducati “Dream Team” Factory Lenovo lineup has been confirmed during the 2025 and 2026 MotoGP seasons.
Similarly, the lineup for Alex Marquez and 2025 rookie Fermin Aldega’s satellite Gresini Ducati has been set for two seasons.
VR46’s Fabio di Giannantonio will begin a new two-year factory contract in 2025, but one Desmoceci could be available in 2026, with teammate Franco Morbidelli currently on a one-year contract.
KTM
Recent financial turmoil aside, the four RC16 riders – factory KTM teams Brad Binder and Pedro Acosta and Tech3’s new signatures Maverick Vinales and Enea Bastianini should stay until the end of 2026.
Aprilia
There is great doubt about Jorge Martin’s future.
MotoGP signed a two-year deal at the beginning of 2025, but he hopes to use the Break clause to find a new team for next year.
His factory teammate Marco Betzecki has been linked to Aprilia in 2026.
Truckhouse rider Raul Fernandez and 2025 Rookie Ai Ogura have also begun trading for two years this year
Yamaha
Fabio Cartalaro and Alex Lyns’ factory monster Yamaha team will remain the same until at least 2027.
Importantly, Pramac Yamaha welcomes Toprak Razgatlioglu.
Razgatlioglu is trading the MotoGP World Superbike Championship in 2026.
That is, Jack Miller or Miguel Oliveira (or both) will be replaced. Miller’s contract expires at the end of 2025 and Oliveira will expire at the end of 2026.
Honda
Honda was able to see the most rider changes in 2026 with Johan Zarco (2024 Honda’s major rider), Luca Marini, and Rookie Sonkiat Chantra at the end of 2025.
This leaves Suzuki’s 2020 world champion Joanne Mir as the only Honda rider officially confirmed for the 2026 MotoGP grid.
Next year, there will be a scream in Honda race seats at vacant factories.
Zarco is one of the candidates to step up from the LCR and already enjoys supporting the factory.
