Manchester United will be interested in signing Barcelona goalkeeper Mark Andre Ter Stegen during the summer transfer.
The 33-year-old is also a target for Galatasaray and Al-Hilal. Manchester United reportedly made inquiries to Germany International, and they are interested in signing him. It would be interesting to see if they come forward with an offer to sign him.
Barcelona accepts sales
According to a report from Fichejes, Barcelona wants to sell their players this summer. They owe a player about 42 million euros and are unable to pay them in full. German International reportedly requires him to pay his outstanding wages.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
Manchester United certainly have the resources to get the deal done, and they can use the best goalkeeper like him.
Man United need Mark Andre Ter Stegen
German International will be a major upgrade to Andre Onana. The former Milan goalkeeper has been overwhelming since joining Manchester United, and his error-prone performance has cost him valuable points on his part.
Onana was a weak link for Manchester United last season and he needs to be replaced. Ter Stegen certainly has quality to thrive in the Premier League, and he proved to be an ideal acquisition. He has the experience and leadership qualities that Manchester United also supports.
Despite his likely short-term acquisition, Manchester United cannot miss out on the opportunity to sign a player of his quality. He could change them behind. His winning experience could prove to be a valuable addition to Manchester United’s dressing room.
The players were highly rated, and German manager Julian Nagelsmann named him “world-class player.”
