Newcastle United are understood to be focusing on two big names in the transfer market as they are looking to bolster their offense this summer.

Sources close to the agent industry revealed Catch off side That Newcastle is passionate about both Anthony Elanga and Joa Pedro.

Their interest is in the early stages and no talks or offers have been made yet, but Newcastle is evaluating its targets, and is particularly “serious” with Elanga. Catch off side I was told.

However, other sources show us that Nottingham Forest is “reluctant to let go of Elanga” and can seek up to £60 million from Swedish International.

Meanwhile, Pedro is expected to cost £700 million, and Newcastle imagines he can’t afford to sign both players.

Now it appears that Magpies are likely to try and bring more top-class players based on their success.

The former Manchester United right winger contributed six goals and 11 assists in the Premier League last season, helping Forest qualify for Europe.

Sources believe that Hau is particularly keen on the 23-year-old Elanga due to his relationship with NUFC striker Alexander Isaac and link-up with Swedish national team.

Elanga responded brilliantly to the disappointment that he didn’t accomplish that at Man United early in his career.

Forest managed to make the most of Pacey’s attackers, but now it’s easy to imagine that he could eventually return to the big club.

Even if Newcastle didn’t sign Elanga this summer, he would definitely see other suitors appearing in the near future.
