Everton needs to replace Doucure this summer
Because of a key moment consistent with his experience, Everton failed to offer Doucure a new contract at Merseyside to Doucure with the decision to be desperate to not regret next season. Everton is paying attention to the £25 million Yarmolyuk deal
As reported by Catchoffside, Everton is currently paying attention to the summer dive to sign Yegor Yarmolyuk in Brentford.
The 21-year-old is represented by the same agent as Everton’s left back Vitali Mikorenko, and is now able to join his fellow countrymen at Merseyside and hand over his Doucoa alternative. While it’s more solid than Doucure and outperformed the French when it made progress last season, there’s even arguing that Yarmolyuk is not just an alternative, but an upgrade to the former Everton guy.
At just 21 years old, the Ukrainian-born midfielder has already found himself at the heart of praise. Analysts were able to see Brentford star traded West London for Merseyside in January, dubbed “undervalued” and “physical.”
In the deal reportedly costing around £25 million, Toffee immediately replaced Doucure in the process, starting his summer business with an absolute bargain.
