Liverpool’s rival CL Giants potential £100M signature to sign 31 g/a stars to play along with Wirtz

Liverpool is reportedly ready to compete against Bayern Munich for a potential signature of Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola.

The 22-year-old left-sided offensive player appears to be facing an uncertain future this summer despite contributing to PSG’s impressive 17 goals and 14 assists in all competitions in 2024/25.

There’s a lot of competition in this PSG team, which may be what Barcola wants to try out the move elsewhere.

And, according to a report from The Sun, Liverpool is now exploring Barcola as another forwarding target for this summer’s attack.

The report suggests that Reds could spend much more on signing, despite already being locked up in Florian Wirtz’s club record purchases, according to athletics David Ornstein.

Bradley Barcola is linked as a £100 million move target for Liverpool

Both Liverpool and Bayern Munich are keen on Barcola and say it will cost £100 million.

Alexander Isaac is also mentioned in the report as another well-known target for the LFC. The LFC is about to embark on a massive spending monster transfer window.

Barcola is probably slightly more realistic than Isaac, and Sun’s report suggests that Newcastle might ask for up to £150 million from the Star Striker.

However, the £100 million Barcola is definitely a fairly generous price, making it slightly cheaper than Wirtz.

All three are obviously great players who have made a lot of contributions to the offense, but Barcola has better fares with assists, key passes and ball carry.

Given that Barcola is only 22 years old, he can become a better player in the long run, so if this happens, this will certainly be an exciting sign.

It is also possible that Barcola is looking to replace Diaz, the subject of Barcelona’s interest, as recently reported by BBC Sport and others.
