West Ham wants to resolve the striker’s anguish this summer after many failed signatures, setting their eyesight on familiar faces in their efforts to address the issue during the upcoming transfer window.
Niklas Fullkrag’s disappointing form last season was to lend Evan Ferguson to West Ham for promotion, but he couldn’t make an impact either. So the club boss has returned to Square One, but I’m sure he’ll eventually get the right guy.
And the reason for this is that they directed their eyesight on players who were impressed with their previous Premier League spells.
West Ham between clubs eager to sign John Duran on loan
As TeamTalk reported, West Ham is said to be interested in signing Jhon Duran and is pursuing a potential loan agreement for the Al-Nassr striker.
Duran joined Al Nassl from Aston Villa in January, but his first six months in Saudi Arabia were difficult. He is struggling to adapt and is hoping to make a comeback to the Premier League for the 2025-26 season.
Al-Nassr has not been impressed with Duran since his arrival, so they are ready to lend him. West Ham wants him, but according to the report, there are five other Premier League clubs hoping for the 21-year-old, who scored 12 goals in the second half of the season for Saudi Arabia.
Duran was one of West Ham’s pursuits last season, but ultimately failed to secure a deal before Al Nasr’s plunge. On this occasion, they will absolutely be desperate to win the competition to sign him during this summer transfer period.
