Furious Carlos Sainz old Isack Hadjar to “destroy” the weekend

Carlos Sainz assaulted at Isack Hadjar by claiming that the Formula 1 rookie had ruined the qualifying round at the Canadian Grand Prix.

The Spaniard appeared to have a pace to join teammate Alex Albon in the top ten, but was dumped in the first part of the qualifying round for the second race after being pushed into the Racing Bulls at Hajar.

Hadjar takes on the third-place grid penalty for the incident, making it 12th, but rarely consoles the ferocious Sainz, who feels the weekend has been “destroyed.”

“Well, I don’t care if it’s fast or not. If you arrive in the first quarter and you’ll have a guy in the middle of the road that will completely blow your qualifiers off, that means your weekend will be destroyed,” Size said.

“I’m in P17 when I should fight for the third quarter and the top 8 today, so I’m very disappointed.

“I was surprised he had already left the way in order from 3 to 4. I’ve already lost a tenth or two in dirty air, but “Well, he’s just playing a game that gives me dirty air.”

“That’s not hindered, but he’s giving me tenths of dirty air to try. Maybe he’s been cutting and intentionally trying to give me dirty air.

“And I realized I was going into five turns. He wasn’t trying to get out of the way. I have to lift him. I have to pass him inside the six.

“I lost another two-thirds there, so three-quarters of that lap is a 20ms lap from the second quarter anyway. That was the margin today.

“So, that’s honestly very frustrating, but that’s what it is.”

Sainz was so disappointing he couldn’t “care” about Sunday

Sainz wasn’t in the mood to talk about the possibility of increasing order in the race.

“I don’t care tomorrow. How disappointed I am with today’s outcome, as my brain was thwarted in 20 ms from the second quarter. Essentially, I had to do wet lines in the corners.

“To be honest, I don’t care now. We’ve got faster all weekend. We’ve got faster at the pace of the race, but we’re not where we want to be.”
