Lewis Hamilton makes a statement while exchanging music videos for Ducati, Canada

Lewis Hamilton set out on a surprising change for the makers ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix, but this time on two wheels, he arrived on top Ducati Panigal v4, seeking missions.

The seven-time Formula 1 world champion is unfamiliar with wearing helmets and choosing a more convenient route to events previously discovered on the MV Agusta machine heading for this year’s Monaco Grand Prix.

However, while Hamilton was riding his own supported special edition MV Agusta F4 LH44, the Canadian man was straddling the Ducati Sportsbike tricks to reach the Gilles Villeneuve circuit.

Like the F4, the 1103cc Ducati Panigale V4 s is located at the top of the sports bike spectrum, boasting 216bhp and 120.9nm of torque at 11,250 rpm.

Considering Hamilton is a residential area, the exterior of the ultra-rare F4 LH44 in Monaco is a bit surprising, but it arrives at a Ducati decorated with decals from the brand’s Montreal dealer, meaning Briton’s commercial obligations are loosened when it comes to production placement.

In fact, Hamilton’s special edition MV Agusta was born in a short period when the Italian Mark was partially owned by Hamilton’s former team AMG.

This is despite Ducati, which currently dominates the MotoGP World Championship with Mark Marquez, and Ferrari, which shares multiple characteristics as two true icons of Italian manufacturing.

That being said, it’s unlikely that Hamilton will ride a Ducati over 2025 and roll over the race weekend.

Still, the stunts are a reminder of Hamilton’s affinity for motorcycle motorsports. In 2019, Hamilton engaged in the famous “ride swap” with Valentino Rossi, spinning the laps on the Yamaha M1, with nine-time Motorcycle Grand Prix World champions behind the wheels of the Mercedes W08.

Additionally, Hamilton is said to be interested in pursuing the future of motorcycle racing with financial capabilities, and previously entered as an investor by linking to both Gresini Race and KTM.
