Tottenham Hotspur retrieved the season in the most illustrious way last month, defeating Manchester United in the Europa League final to close the 2017 silver search.
But it wasn’t enough for Daniel Levy to save Ange Postcoglo, whom he dismissed at the beginning of the month after a miserable Premier League season, after the Spurs completed a miserable 17th finish at the beginning of the month.
However, there is hope that Tottenham could use the past year as a starting point for future success, as Thomas Frank was introduced to replace Australians. It is targeting Brian Mbeumo, who is already expected to leave Brentford.
If Tottenham weren’t able to win the Europa League, it’s simply a signature that would have been impossible. But now the door is very open to become a marquee movement.
Why the Spurs Want Brian Mbeumo
Mbeumo has established itself as one of the most threatening advances in the Premier League and is crucial to the success of Frank’s team over the past few years.
Certainly his shooting marks the most prominent part of his skill set, but the Spurs will have a dynamic, layered player who, according to his sofa score, has created 17 big opportunities in the league, and averaged 1.3 tackles and 4.7 successful duels per game.
Brennan Johnson holds back Tottenham’s right wing fortress, but for all the efficacy of the final third Welshman, he has been shown to come and go in and out of the game, and his influence has declined too often.
So players like Mbeumo are talismans that can serve as significant improvements, refined people, and leaders, and prove an example to follow.
But Tottenham is supported by Mbeumo’s supposed change of attitude when considering their offers now that Frank is at the helm, but it’s stupid to put all his eggs in one basket after he reveals he wants to move to Old Trafford earlier.

The Cameroonians have proved themselves to be one of the most prolific forwards on the British coast, but if he chose to become the Red Devil, Lily White may have found the perfect alternative.
Spurs line up in front of another Premier League
According to offside, Tottenham is scouting Bournemouth star Justin Kruibert, and the Londoner says he is currently considering an official offer.
Strangely enough, Man United is also interested in signing the Netherlands International, and is clearly following a line of thoughts similar to the Spurs. Arsenal and Liverpool are also mixed.
Bournemouth doesn’t want to sell dynamic attackers, but of course, it’s a reasonable price, and its tag appears to be set at around 55 million euros (£47 million), but it’s still not clear if the Spurs are willing to meet their demands.
Why the Spurs Want Justin Kruibert
Kluivert has proven himself over two seasons, Premier League material, instrumental for Bournemouth, in an impressive campaign under the wings of Andoni Iraola.
The tenacious and technically talented 26-year-old Kluivert scored 12 times in the division last season, bringing a sophisticated, dribbling-centric game to establish him as one of the most impressive scorers in British football.
The exciting part proves that he could be the perfect Mbeumo alternative because he is clinical with a chance, and that Frank sometimes considers his Star Brentford “unplayable.”

Who would say Dutchman has raised his gear over the past year and not lifting his game again under Frank’s Wingdown N17?
Kluivert has become one of the most dangerous shooters in the Premier League. With his finish, he can drift into space from close to him or actually fire from range.
According to FBREF, Kluivert actually ended the 2024/25 Premier League campaign, which ranked in the top 6% of attacking midfielders and wingers with goals and assists per 90 (0.69).
Mbeumo is on the right front and Kluivert tends to operate in midfield berths during the middle attack, but Cherries Man has been chosen in the past for his pace and energy, and in fact has extensive experience on the sides, scoring 55 goals and offering 47 assists in 221 career appearances.
Additionally, he was welcomed this season with a “incredible” finish by writer Ifleke Inyan, earning a Premier League hat-trick against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United.
If Frank could get something like Dejan Krucevsky and James Madison, who plays at the top of their respective playmaking games, Kruyveld could find himself at a higher tally than he had achieved before.
The vibrant physical style of the versatile forward suggests that he can be the perfect Mbeumo alternative.
It is a signature that may be seen as a wise signature.
