Arman Tsarukyan reveals backup status ahead of UFC 317 vacant title fight

Perennial candidate Ahman Zarkian today claims he will serve as an official backup fighter during the International Combat Week of UFC 317 vacant lightweight title Ilia Topria and former opponent Charles Oliveira’s International Combat Week following weekend.
