Masvidal predicts that Evloev will become the UFC champion
During his chat with Red Corner MMA, Jorge Masvidal gushed about Movsar Evloev’s abilities. The first BMF champion expressed his belief that fourth-placed UFC featherweight will one day hold the gold (via mmamania.com).
“I know that Movsar has been in the top team for a long time, four years,” says Masvidal. “Me and Movsar train a lot together. Back then, I’m 185, 190 pounds, Movsar is 150, 160. I’m struggling at first. But this guy doesn’t stop. He just doesn’t stop, filming, filming, wrestling, wrestling, filming, stops.
“When I went with him, I was like, ‘Man, he can keep up with that pace with me, is he much bigger and more experienced than him? This guy is scary.’ And I trained with him many times, and I saw him train with the best in the gym.
