Mark Kerr is not the only one that the original UFC champion has won a biopic.
According to reports from Variety, Eduardo Ferro’s 405 film has won the life rights of ultimate fighting championship star Charles Oliveira.
The biography is reportedly tracking the rise from life-threatening health issues in the poor Vicente de Carvalho district of Sao Paulo, to Oliveira’s life-threatening health issues as Oliveira rose to BJJ rank and ultimately became the UFC lightweight world title holder.
“From the brilliance of Guarja to the bright light of the octagon, this is always heart, faith, and never give up,” Oliviera said. “Eduardo and the 405 Film are the perfect team to make the story come true.”
Ferro said, “Charles’s story will be more than a film – like his life, this will be a message to all children who feel the world has forgotten them: Your time is upon us.
The film will be filmed in Las Vegas and Brazil.
