SOUTH LAY TAHOE, Nevada — Former NHL participant Joe Pavelski birded the ultimate three holes on Saturday for a share of his second spherical lead with former footballer Taylor Twelman within the American Century Championship at Edgewood Tahoe.
Pavelski, the first-round chief who completed second final 12 months after former tennis participant Mardy Fish, spent a 21-point day with a revised stableford scoring system that matches Twelman at 44.
“Clearly, Twellman is enjoying nice,” Pavelski stated. “I will take all of it day to complete birdies, birdies, birdies and birdies and be tied up with him.”
