Cadillac gained the Maiden WEC victory in Sao Paulo. Alex Lynn, Norman Natteau and Will Stevens transformed pole positions to win 57 seconds.
The trio recovered from early drive through tire breach penalties to defeat the sister No. 38 vehicles pushed by Jenson Button, Earl Bamber and Sebastian Bulldyce.
The ultimate place on the rostrum went to Julian Andrauer and Michael Christensen on the fifth Porsche Penske Motorsport 963 LMDH.
In the meantime, the LMGT3 class was acquired by No. 87 ASP Lexus RC GT3 from Jose Maria Lopez, Clemens Schmidt and Razvan Umbrèrez.
