NEW YORK – Tennis participant Solana Silsteer stated the trophy she acquired after profitable a current ladies’s event was stolen from a lodge room in New York whereas she was taking part in on the US Open.

Cirstea appealed for the return of the trophy late Saturday evening, two days after being eradicated from single-player on Flushing Meadows.

“Anybody who stole the Cleveland trophy from the 314th room at Sonesta of fifty, please give it again!” Cirstea wrote on her Instagram story. “There isn’t a materials worth, simply sentimental worth. It is going to be (a terrific) worth!”

Cirstea, 35, from Romania, received her third profession single title on the Cleveland Heat-Up Event on the US Open earlier this month. She misplaced to No. 11 seed Karolina Mciba within the second spherical of the Flushing Meadows.

The lodge stated there was no remark.
