Swiatek defeats Keys in straight sets in WTA Finals opener

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — Iga Swiatek defeated Madison Keys in straight units in a conflict of Grand Slam winners on the primary day of the WTA Finals in Riyadh on Saturday.

The Wimbledon champion took simply over an hour to defeat Australian Open champion Keys 6-1, 6-2 within the remaining event of the season that includes the world’s high eight gamers.
