Patrick Reed climbs the leaderboard with 67th place in Bahrain

Al Mazrowia, Bahrain – Patrick Reed shot a 5-under 67 on Friday within the second spherical of the Bahrain Championship on the European Tour, leaving him 10 strokes behind clubhouse chief Callum Hill of Scotland.

Reed gained the Dubai Desert Traditional on Sunday and introduced his retirement from LIV Golf on Wednesday.

The American will play on the European Tour for the remainder of the yr, with the aim of ending excessive sufficient within the Race to Dubai rankings to earn full PGA Tour standing in 2027.

Reed had seven birdies. Hill shot 11 strokes (no bogeys) with a 61 to maneuver to 16 below par for the match, and held a four-stroke lead till the center of the second spherical.
