Santa Anita postpones Monday’s holiday card due to approaching storm

Monday’s vacation race program at Santa Anita has been postponed as a consequence of poor climate forecasts. A 3-day storm is predicted to reach Sunday night after Sunday’s race, probably dumping as much as 3 inches of rain on the Santa Anita space and prompting evacuation orders for a number of surrounding communities.
