Ilia Topuria believes that all lightweight competitors are taking part in the rude awakening following UFC 317.

Topuria is scheduled to clash with Charles Oliveira in the main event of UFC 317. This match will be contested at the vacant UFC Lightweight Championship. Current title holder Islam Makhachev officially abandons gold as soon as Topuria vs. Oliveira begins.
“El Matador” is confident in his ability to finish “Do Bronx,” but he is not worried exactly who will face him next.

Topuria is not worried about future candidates
Ilia Topuria recently spoke to media members at a press conference in Spain held by WOW FC MMA Promotion. Topuria was asked if he expected his first title defense to oppose Paddy Pinblett or Armanzarkian, assuming “Elmatador” passes the dangerous Charles Oliveira. Topuria shared his belief that he would beat all the challengers (via Alvaro Colmenero).
“I don’t know,” Topria said as he was asked to defend his first. “I’m there on June 28th. First it’s going to be Islam, then it was Charles. Everyone’s results will be the same. “I’m going to win.”
“The camp is on track,” Toprea said. “I have brought sparring partners from different parts of the world. I collect what I earn from my job.”
Topuria vacated the UFC Featherweight Championship with a Who Up in Wiews effort. He had one successful title defense. This was a knockout victory over Max Holloway. “El Matador” is undefeated in his professional MMA career. He boasts a 16-0 record with six knockouts and eight submissions. He only keeps his distance twice.
