Mark Marquez and Pedro Acosta provided a decision regarding contact at the Aragon Motogpu Sprint Race.
The factory Ducati and KTM riders were in touch on a run and were turned 1 at the start of the sprint.
But neither Mark Marquez nor Pedro Acosta tried to point his fingers.
Marquez called it “racing indecency,” saying, “I was a little late and tried to brake hard, especially since the front and rear devices didn’t move in the correct position.
“But this type of racial incident always happens in the same pattern. When someone first has a problem and others arrive at a different speed, especially at turn 1 in Aragon, one of the trickiest points, the difference in speed makes these kinds of incidents.”

Acosta’s perspective was as follows:
“Maybe he wanted to go left, but I didn’t seem to expect him.
“Racing situation, that’s it. There’s nothing from the normal thing.”
Marquez fell fourth, but was cut before Acosta right after the incident.
A poor start by Marquez didn’t stop him from winning the sprint on Saturday.
However, Marquez was discussing his Ducati specs compared to the competitive ’24 version of Alex Marquez and Fermin Aldegu.
The brother, who is at the top of the MotoGP rankings, is 24 points ahead of his younger brother.
Meanwhile, Acosta qualified fifth and then finished the sprint in the same position. He was a top non-Ducati rider.
