Everton striker Dominique Calvert Lewin is currently in the final month of his contract, but it remains to be seen if he will remain at the club.
The striker has been with Toffee since 2016. If nearly a decade-old relationship with the club ends this summer, David Moet will wear big shoes to meet.
With all accounts, he endured the difficult 2024/25 campaign and, judging by its format, he may not be that bad.
Why should Dominique Calvert Lewin leave Everton?
The centre forward is reportedly interested in him by other Premier League clubs.
Last season was a huge struggle for the British. In 26 league matches in the previous quarter, Calvert-Lewin scored just three goals and two assists.
He finished the season with an 8% goal conversion percentage, but lost 16 big chances, scoring just 0.8 shots on target per game, creating one big chance.
In this form, moving his massive £120K wages will certainly provide ample room for manipulation during the transfer period.

If so, Scott is considering bringing in a striker or two to replace the 27-year-old ahead of next season.

Everton sees an alternative to Calvert Lewin
Recent reports suggest that Everton is looking at Villarreal striker Tiano Barry, whose approach to signing him last week. If you can’t trade, who is the alternative?
According to Miller, Everton has researched striker Adama Bojang, but West Ham United and Brentford are also enthusiastic about youth.
The Gambian starlet played in the early loan period for the Swiss Side Grasshoppers and could be available for just £11m this summer.
Given his development potential and the room for development, this could be a sensible move by Moyes. But maybe Bojang will appear as an ideal alternative to Calvert-Lewin?
The 21-year-old was certainly impressed with the Bappers last year. In 26 league matches, he found the back of the net six times, registering two assists in the process.
Like Calvert Lewin, he was almost prolific, but the young fresh face could be exactly the direction he needed to head towards Moe. So Adama’s future looks incredibly bright.
He scored once every 212 minutes in the Swiss Super League in the previous term, finishing the season with a 15% goal conversion rate, much better than Calvert Trewin.
The striker also created five big opportunities for his teammates, missed just eight big opportunities, and succeeded with a 0.5 dribbling per game.
Raw is certainly true, but it is clear that he has the tools he needs to influence the Big Five European leagues.
£11 million is a sea drop in clubs the size of Everton, and by signing Bojang, they get players who can see their value increase in a short time.
It may take him a while to adjust to life in the Premier League, but as we saw in the previous period in his statistics, he performed better than Calvert Lewin on some metrics. That’s certainly easy for Moyes.
