Arsenal was interested in signing RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesco at the end of the season and sent scouts over the weekend to see him take action.

Arsenal scouts were in attendance when German outfits played against Bayern Munich on Saturday, according to TBR Football.

Sesko has been an outstanding player for Leipzig this season, and it’s no surprise that the top clubs want to sign him. He has 21 goals and six assists this season. He is praised as “extraordinary.”

Summer moves turning to Arsenal

Arsenal desperately needs quality strikers, and the Slovenians will be the ideal acquisition for them. He was able to organize his attacking units in the near future.

Things like Gabriel Jesus and Kai Herberts can’t live up to expectations, and Arsenal needs an alternative. Sesko could form a fatal partnership between Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. It will be interesting to see if Arsenal can win the race for his signature.

They face competition with Premier League rivals, Liverpool and Chelsea. Scouts from both clubs were also present this Saturday. They are great admirers of players and can use someone with his skill set.

Liverpool will need an upgrade from Darwinnes, who has consistently failed to score goals. Slovenians could be the ideal alternative. He was young enough to improve further and was able to grow into a key player for the club.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are overly dependent on Cole Palmer for offense. The 21-year-old was able to share the burden of goalscoring with England International. The opportunity to move to the UK is also very exciting for the players. It is the ideal next step in his career, allowing him to test himself at a higher level.
