NBA fans couldn’t believe Jalen Williams’ performance in Game 6 loss for the Oklahoma City Thunder

Game 6 of the Western Conference semi-finals was an interstellar battle of will for both teams, and the Nuggets were pulled out to force Game 7.

The Oklahoma City Thunder had the opportunity to clean up the Denver Nuggets in Game 6, but they didn’t capitalize. Nikola Djokic and his teammates won the victory to extend the series.

The game was tight in the first half, barely separating the two teams. When it seemed OKC might pull away, Denver roaed and had a monster 3rd quarter, making all the difference.

Jokic led with 29 points and 14 rebounds, while Jamal Murray scored 25 points. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored an efficient 32, and Jalen Williams’ poor fire was ultimately at the expense of lightning.

Fans have already called Williams for his shocking Game 4 performance during this series. He managed to outperform that in Game 6.

Shaquille O’Neal thought JDUB could stimulate OKC’s title run, but after Game 6 fans think the season will cost more.

“OKC can’t win everything with Jalen Williams playing like this, not even close,” one fan wrote. Another added: “I can’t believe Jalen Williams is an All-Star.”

A third fan noticed, “I see Jaylin Williams outperforming Jalen “Jdub” Williams.”

The fourth fan made a harsh prediction that “if I lose this series, I’ll trade him.”

“Jalen Williams was truly an All-Star before Kylie. I’m going to be sick forever,” fans posted. “JDUB can learn a thing or two from Russell Westbrook,” another fan wrote.

One wild response summed up the online emotions.

Williams scored just six points against the Nuggets in Game 6 in 37 minutes of play. He was eliminated by seven lightning teammates.

The 24-year-old only had three of his 16 field goal attempts. Not only did he miss all three pointers, but he also missed an open dunk during the transition.

Williams managed seven rebounds and finished the night with 10 assists, but overcoming his horrifying fire was not enough.

The Nuggets won Game 119-107 and now the team will face off in Die Game 7 in two days. If OKC doesn’t want to finish the season in a disappointing way, Jalen needs to perform better.
