West Ham moves to sign the 20-year-old attack midfielder

West Ham will compete in the market for at least one new attacker this summer. And they are now moving to sign one of the players identified in the last few months.

Lucas Paketa is expected to leave West Ham in the summer, and Flamengo on the Brazilian side is increasingly confident in getting the playmaker deal done. If he left, he would need a replacement, and in this respect one of their targets was Mario Stroekens, who was impressed with Anderlecht this season.

The 20-year-old Stroeykens has four goals and five assists this season in all Anderlecht tournaments. This summer may be the time for him to move into the Premier League. And at this stage, West Ham is a favorite to get the deal done.

(via West Ham Zone) As reported by DH Net, West Ham has begun consultations this summer to sign Stroyken. But it could be difficult to trade as Marseille and Frankfurt are likely to play in the Champions League next season, as Marseille and Frankfurt are also paying attention to the 20-year-old’s moves.

Graham Potter is well known for his work with young players, so it’s not surprising he leads West Ham’s interest in Stroekens. The midfielder is unlikely to cost too much, and given his age, his value can be significantly increased while he has the potential to stay at London Stadium.

It is still unknown that West Ham has signed the Stroekens, but the fact that they are moving early will put them in good substitutes. But given the competition, it would be very difficult to put this on the line.
