Arsenal may have received a major boost to the move as it appears that Alberto Moreiro is likely to leave current club Las Palmas this summer.

The talented 21-year-old was impressed with La Liga, but the departure certainly makes sense for him after Las Palmas was demoted from Spain’s top flight.

Moreiro recently linked with Arsenal in a report by Fichejes, and now Fabrizio Romano has another update on the future of Spanish under 21 International.

Moreiro claims to be interested from Villarreal and other clubs, so please see below for previous Twitter Romano posts.

Arsenal is not mentioned by Romano, but previous links with Gunner certainly mean this is something to watch.

Alberto Moreiro’s move looks like an exciting opportunity for Arsenal

Moreiro looks like a great young talent and will certainly add depth to this Arsenal offense, even if he would necessarily expect to start the game regularly.

Arsenal is probably necessary to be Mikel Arteta’s first choice on the left side, with celebrities like Nico Williams taking part in it.

Still, there could be space for people like Moreiro. Because he imagines it could be an upgrade to the inconsistent duo Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Torosad.

Arsenal will need to urgently correct their attack this summer

Arsenal needed a good summer after last year’s quiet windows.

The North London Giants finish without silver again, despite going for a proper run to the Champions League semi-finals.

The new signature of the attack appears to be an urgent priority as Arteta’s side doesn’t look as dangerous in this term.

Moreiro could be part of the shakeup on that offense, but more will be needed, including an out-and-out goal scorer who can contribute to a 25-30 goal in the season.
