Mumbai Indian captain Hardik Pandya was injured during an ongoing match against the Punjab Kings at Sawaman Singh Stadium in Jaipur.

The incident took place in the 12th time of the Punjab Kingsinning, when Hardik Pandya was bowling his second. The Indian all-around did not face any problems while delivering his first over. However, he had to call physics for treatment.

Hardik Pandya faced this problem after delivering the fourth ball in the overs. Immediately after the delivery he called for physics and was seen touching the hamstring on his left, indicating his injury. Physics then massaged the affected area before Hardik Pandya resumed bowling.

Hardick struggled with the line after receiving treatment as he admitted a 4 and a 6 on the last two balls. He ultimately gave 15 runs in the overs. He was not the first Mumbai Indian player to suffer injuries during an ongoing match.

Before him, Deepak Chahar also faced a problem with the left hamstring. Chahar balls one ball and ties his hamstrings before seeking physics. He also briefly left the field, possibly for further treatment.
