Swastik Chikara steals spotlight with Virat Kohli’s bromance
Notably, the RCB had signed Chikara for Rs 300,000 at IPL 2025 Mega Auctions, but the offensive top-of-the-line batter has yet to make his debut this season. He only ends the season on the bench, but even so, he managed to grab the headlines of love for Virat Kohli.
The youngsters in Uttar Pradesh have always been seen around Virat Kohli, and even the former RCB and Indian captain have admitted that he has been irritated with the youngster this season. And even Virat Kohli jokingly said recently, “Dimaag Khaata rehta hai Hamesha (he continues to bother me).”
Now, Virat Kohli may have failed to influence the qualifying against PBK, but he is a man of big stages and all eyes will be dashing right-handed when RCB enters the field at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
He is currently the fifth leading run scorer of the season, with 614 runs averaged over 55 in 14 innings so far, and there is definitely a big knock road from the RCB icon in the summit crash.
