Liverpool will sell Trent Alexander Arnold to Real Madrid and receive a fee of 10 million euros to Real Madrid a little earlier than expected this summer.

The final tickets are still available for the Champions League Finals!

England International was about to close his contract at Anfield and it looked as if he would move to the Bernabeu on a free transfer.

However, this summer’s Club World Cup has been eager to sign early with some clubs, and Real Madrid wants Alexander Arnold as soon as possible.

According to Fabrizio Romano, this means the Spanish giants are ready to pay Liverpool 10 million euros and sign Alexander Arnold before the contract actually expires…

Romano said: “Understand Real Madrid to pay the relocation fee to Liverpool to have Trent Alexander Arnold at the Club World Cup. As part of the contract with Liverpool, Real will also cover salaries for June and July.”

This means that Alexander Arnold can be signed up soon and play for his new club in a new tournament this summer.

Liverpool avoids losing Trent Alexander Arnold on a free transfer

Liverpool will be sure this is not actually a bad business for them, even if Alexander Arnold is clearly worth well over 10 million euros.

Also, 10 million euros is well above the €0 that the LFC appears to be getting, and he’s already finally appearing at the club, so it doesn’t change anything from the Reds’ perspective anyway.
