Arsenal was desperate to improve its attacking forces this summer and decided to move in for Benjamin Sesco and Victor Gyoker.
According to journalist Sacha Tabolieri, Arsenal takes a variety of approaches by moving two players at the same time, making sure that neither player’s movements don’t end up empty-handed if they fall.
Arsenal needs a striker
Arsenal has struggled with offenses this past season, and the lack of quality strikers cost them money. They need a reliable finisher for their ranks, and things like Sesco and Gyoker would be a tremendous acquisition.
Both players do very well for their respective clubs. With this past season, they have the tools to develop into world-class players. They certainly help Arsenal improve in the final third. It will be interesting to see who they will ultimately sign.
Viktor Gyoker wants Arsenal’s move
Viktor Gyoker has already given a verbal agreement to join the London Club, and it is still unclear whether Arsenal will be able to secure an agreement with Sports CP. Swedish International has been incredible shape over the past few seasons, with 54 goals and 13 assists in his name in all competitions.
He has played for the UK for Coventry City before and may soon settle down and make an immediate impact in the Premier League. The opportunity to join one of the world’s biggest clubs was extremely exciting for players and it’s not surprising he gave them his words.
Meanwhile, Sesko is extremely talented, with 21-year-old Slovenian having all the tools to develop into a future star. Both strikers have different skill sets and specializations. It is still unknown how the situation will develop.
